Zinuk - Identity and website
Identity and website design for "Zinuk" (znk.co.il), a SAT preparation school for people with learning disability.
The logo was designed by Ido Raz.
The GUI is intended to be user friendly and dynamic in order to encourage potential users to apply.
"Zinuk" is a preparation school for the Psychometric Entrance Test (PET) in Israel. the school focuses on adults diagnosed with deficit and hyperactivity Disorder and with learning disabilities. The psychometric exam is used as a tool for predicting academic performance, and it is used for selecting applicants to institutes of higher learning. for learning disabled students the exam is a major obstacle and many of them avoid higher learning because of it.
"Zinuk" was created on 2008 by Yotam Schawer and two teachers that are themselves learning disabled and diagnosed with deficit and hyperactivity disorder. They filled with a strong ambition to assist a social change and equal opportunities to all students. The students of the school in the present are the evidence that such change can occur - they succeed greatly in the exam and rebuild their self image and self esteem - on their way to become students in Israel's leading universities and colleges.
